Refusing
to see you as "equal" to themselves, refusing to see you for who
you actually are, refusing to acknowledge your real abilities,
experience, skill, talent and strengths, trying to make you into less of
a person, and refusing to take you seriously are what Narcissists do on
a regular basis.
